An avoid button would be more appropriate.
Rude, then didn’t want the furniture because of a small mark and usual wear and tear. I was told on the phone this would be fine! It had all its fire labels and is not in bad condition plus it is second hand after all! I’m not happy because it’s a good sofa! So now instead of someone being able to get some use out of it, I’m going to have to dump it! Seemingly this charity doesn’t take anything that’s not in perfect condition and it looks like they don’t care much for our environment. Obviously if someone is giving a sofa to charity then there’s a real chance that they need it picked up for new furniture to be delivered. So when they arrange a pick up they should say they only accept things in immaculate condition. Very unsatisfactory and unfair service.
