Purchased an item of clothing from the Keighley store.
Elderly lady on till practically forced me to give a donation on top of the purchase price in their shop today. I said I would see what I have in my purse she suggested £1. I started to put a donation in the collection box, she shut the till and said ‘that will be a no then’! I do not expect to be embarrassed into making a donation, when I have just purchased a donated item. Left feeling offended!
