For the second time I've used BHF. I won't again, for the second time delivery men were not respectful of my home. They struggled to get 2 small recliner chairs in, they had to take door nobs off for some reason, throwing the f word about because they had to put the door nobs back on as we couldn't, the f word was used throughout the house, no consideration for being around my 92yr old relative and my learning disabled daughter in the other room, continously complaining to my wife about what's not there job, they should take it up with management, won't be using again I'm afraid.
