After trying unsuccessfully to contact someone online and on the phone to come and give us a quote to collect some furniture from my deceased parents house, I finally visited my local shop in Wandsworth to make an appointment. No one turned up, no one answers the phone, I tried many many times. I was annoyed as I am busy and have to take time off to be at the house. Finally someone called to reschedule. They promised me this time someone would definitely come to give me a quote… guess what, another no show, no call or message and again no one bothers to answer the phone. I chose this charity because of my dads bad heart but they really don’t care at all. Save your time, chose another organisation!
