Tried to donate an expensive bedframe and they wouldn't take it because the inside (ottoman bed) had a tiny rip in the material. It didn't affect the use at a and you couldn't even see it unless you physically got inside the bed. Instead we had to throw a perfectly good bed on the tip. Waste of space and extremely rude collection staff. Will go elsewhere in future with donations.
