Don’t even bother, they clearly don’t want the furniture and drivers don’t want the work. My sofa had no marks and was leather so obviously with it being second hand the material had faded slightly. No rips, no marks, perfectly good condition but refused to take it. Absolute joke! You would think they didn’t want it. Never again. Go with anyone else!
