Dont bother with the BHF, I've removed my donation to them from my will. A terrible experience, the collector was negative and surly and tried to find fault with everything, he didn't want to walk up the side of the house, he said chairs didn't have fire labels, they did. It was evident he didn't want the bother of taking the furniture.
