I went to Bhf in Lewisham and been served by Darren.I purchased a tab stand and a bookcase to be delivered on Saturday. On Saturday the delivery guys came and bring just the tv stand , when I enquired about the bookcase they said they don’t know and to call the store. Again Darren called saying that they can deliver next Saturday, so I booked and said that the delivery guys will contact me 20min before arrival. The next Saturday I went to store at 10 in the morning to make sure they will deliver, spoke with a blonde lady and she confirmed that they will contact me before arrival. Got a call at 11.10 saying they left already and that they took a video of my home. Is that even allowed? That now I need to book a new delivery and to pay again £25 for it , that they don’t need to inform me before arrival and that they don’t care and the guy said he is the owner so he decides what to do. I went to store to speed with Darren, now he said that they call 85% of the time or they try to call before arrival , even if initially was his fault for not delivering the item, not apologising at all or try to sort this , being rude to me at all time . They are misleading the customer with wrong information before taking the money , I got refund for the bookcase but not for delivery and the worst customer service. I will never use again or buy from here and I don’t recommend to anyone. Rude and unprofessional!
