I had contacted the BHF via the website, I got a call back the next day from the nearest centre in Chichester and they arranged for the collection of two sofas and a dining table which was sorted for 2 days later.
The two drivers arrived on time on the appointed day of collection, they looked over the sofas and checked the fire labels and within 45 minutes they had taken everything away. Very polite and considerate and am delighted that the items have gone to support the BHF and their work.
