Awful. Driver just arrived without making contact 30 minutes prior to arrival, despite having had a text yesterday saying contact would be made. When I asked why he hadn’t made contact, he just said “we don’t bother”. Then proceeded to reject an item that was 100% as described and on the agreed list of items you collect (a glass tv stand). It was in mint condition and an expensive model. My view is he couldn’t be bothered as it was quite heavy. He then said he would “do us a favour” and take our other smaller glass tv stand even though they don’t sell well. Again, this item was on your list. To suggest BHF are doing us a favour taking our donated (FREE) items is frankly outrageous and insulting. Really, really poor.
