For a charity they seem to like wasting a lot of time booking deliveries and then have men turn up to refuse to take stuff. The reason? Worried about scratching the walls when moving the wardrobe.... yet they knew they were collecting a wardrobe of that size and where it needed to be collected from.
This was the second time this happened. The first time was because a wooden desk had a scratch on it so couldn't be sold...
Must be lovely to be a charity with unlimited resources to waste on delivery men coming out for no reason!
