Slight tear and damage to items I wanted to donate. It wouldn’t take long to fix the tiny damage but drivers refused everything because it’s not sellable. Lazy attitude when it’s a CHARITY. Waited around all day, then only turned up at 4.30pm.
Never try and donate to BHF, they don’t want your donations.
