I followed all written procedures and protocol for readiness for furniture collection. I scheduled for collection the day before I was to leave the country. They collected all the items except the bed as it had some yellow stains, I did not read that on the website as a no go. I was left at the last minute to dispose of a bed. Plus one of the movers was extremely rude and abrupt. Avoid if you can. I will.
