Arranged a collection for donation of furniture, my elderly father cleared all drawers and I had to move furniture by myself.
They turned up the driver was extremely rude did not even acknowledge me and refused to take items.
Called up the office after and was told a manager would return my call which never happened. Avoid at all costs !
