First day they did not come, did not bother to call or ring the bell.
Second day they came, were very rude and aggressive , saying they will not do the job. Refused to take a good mattress because it could not be sold. Fair enough. Would possible been better to know this before. Maybe a video call since we called to arrange this anyway ?
Forgot part of the other thing I was donating in the elevator....
I'd say very bed experience, it stressed me out.
One of the guys who came to collect was terribly rude.
