Arrived at the shop to donate at the advertised opening time. They were closed by a grill across the door. The woman in the shop said we are closed comeback in 30 mins. When I said I don't want to come in and i asked if she could just take the parcel I was carrying she just refused and told me to come back in 30 mins.
The result is as a registered donor of 25 years I will not make any further donations of money or goods. So rude.
