When your spending over £100, delivery should be free . There reason, they have to pay drivers etc. But they don't charge you for collecting. How does that work then ? It's the same drivers, volunteers. Of course they need paying. The charity should pay them. And people are on very low incomes. I went to buy a suite, a few weeks ago. Which was around £100. But delivery was around £45. They should charge delivery in the price. Not add to it. I left, and went some went somewhere else. I thought it was supposed to be a charity. They get everything free. I'll not go there again. 🤨
