We had a nearly new leather sofa we wanted to donate. Rang and arranged a date. Delivery guy rang 15 miniures beforehand to say they were in the way. So, we lifted it outside to make it easier for themselves and make sure they didn’t damage our house on removing. The guys arrived and refused to take because it was outside.
