I had arranged for the collection of a good 3 piece suite. When they arrived to collect it they sent a photo to someone who said they did not want it as they had too many.
I would have been more than happy to have sent a picture when I booked. What a waste of delivery drivers and my time. I was so upset it was so unnecessary to test me like that.
