I bought a mattress for £120 and was charged £38 for delivery to my home which is only 7 miles from the shop.
I have donated numerous items in the past and was going to donate my existing mattress which is in good condition.
But now I have decided to sell it instead and my not donate in future.
The BHF website states £3.99 for goods up to £40 and free delivery over £40.
