Dreadful service. Booked a collection 4 weeks ago. Had email day before confirming collection and a text message
Rang to find out why they hadn’t turned up only to be told it should have been cancelled as they had a house clearance booked in which apparently had been booked weeks ago.
Whole day off work wasted and could have sold sofas but wanted to support BHF .
Never again .
