We booked a collection and were told it would be between 7am and 7pm, which is unacceptable in the first place. After waiting all day, nobody turned up. I immediately booked Sue Ryder online who not only gave me a time slot for collection, but told me the names of the guys who would be collecting.
After complaining to BHF, the driver phoned to tell me he hadn't come as he had no room in his van!! Very poor organisation.
