The system does not ensure suppliers are verified. I was about to be scammed and thanks to my instinct it didn't happen. I saw an advert from a "supplier" to whom I have asked if it was possible to supply more quantities, he replied saying yes a few hours later he did another advert with same picture with a different price with exact same quantity. To me that is a sign of scammers attempting to do their "job". Use this system carefully!
