This is the 2nd time I have been scammed on bid or buy. The buyer is expected to pay immediately and the seller just don't send the item purchased. First you have to try and sort it out with the buyer and after many attempts trying to resolve the issue with the buyer you are not covered through the buyer protection plan because you have run out of time.
This site does not protect the buyer.
