New shipping flat rate ,great ,but logistically a nightmare.Simply not at home,to accommodate the courier for parcel collection. Exercise then falls out of the bus. And nullifies anything good that might come from the flat rate. Good for "stay at home ,mums" and house husbands. Otherwise, not working.
