Received a laptop with faulty battery, went through the whole process contacting seller ect, Seller responded once and that was it, contacted BOB support to be told there was nothing they could do (they could also not get hold of seller). All I could do was rate the seller and that I was not happy. Sadly I will not be using this site again, due to one bad seller who actually would have made more money from me had she just been decent.
