Please take RAM Couriers off your list.
- And remove buyers with more than two bad ratings. The sellers are losing a lot with these bad buyers. This problem started when the shipping was changed.
Why do you keep the payments now until the buyer received the goods? It should not be the sellers responsibility if the couriers can't even collect in time.
RAM is absolutely useless.
