I love birks yet they changed the style of the slip on canvas shoe. I always get a 38. Wide/regular. These newer styles are bigger. I will wear socks that should compensate a little. I already had EVA incerts. I transferred them over so I do not have to break them in. Was really disappointed that the sizing changed. I need the wide part for my toes etc yet the other style had more elastic at the arch so it could mold to your foot.
