So disappointed! I bought these shoes thinking I was paying for the quality, but less than three months of wear and the soles of my Birkenstock sandals completely came off!!! The whole sole, and then I tried contacting customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything because it’s just “wear and tear”, in less than three months??? For that price ???? So so disappointing!

Poor quality after 60-90 days of wear. Ripped at the back and refused to replaced. I love how they feel but didn't even try to replace them. Lost a customer!! BEST TO BUY THE KNOCK OFFS. I am sure they will last the same amount of time for less or perhaps last longer.

We're at the Tanger outlet in Glendale, the two girls working at the store kept on ignoring all the customer, finally had to loudly ask, does anyone work here, before one of them walked towards us...... After quickly telling my wife it wasn't available in he size, immediately proceeded to go back to her co-worker to continue talking.

I have asked in emails and texts for Birkenstock to stop sending notices ALL THE TIME AND THEY REFUSE TO UNSUBSCRIBE! WHAT do I have to do to unsubscribe - driving me nuts!!!

I recently purchased the Mayari. I explained to the salesperson at Birkenstock what I needed and she assured me they would be great for everyday use. I wore them a few hours and was given blisters all over my feet. I am very disappointed.

I will never again purchase sandals from Birkenstock and wouldn’t advise anyone to do so. The sandals cork sole is falling apart in the exact same location on both and have only been worn a month and a half at the most. Birkenstock will not stand behind the quality of their product and will not repair or replace them.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. Please don't be deceived by the brand. They charge a high price but fail to deliver a quality product. I filed a complaint with images attached, yet they refused to replace the product, even after seeing its poor condition. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never purchase from this brand again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

They offer NO warranty on their shoes. After less than 6 months of wear, the shoes split in half. They say “so what”!

Awful quality. They do give you comfort but they aren’t worth the price specially when they break so easily. The cork started tearing apart. The glue came off. The strap broken. Total waste of money.

Shoe is crumbling right out from underneath me. Customer Service Rep had zero willingness to offer a solution and I found her to be very rude. All she did was talk in circles. To be a global company and a "household name", one would think that they would stand behind their product that sells for close to $200. I was asked to provide a proof of purchase. Who keeps a receipt on a pair of shoes that have been worn for a couple of months? I will think twice about purchasing another Birkenstock product.

Paid $160 for a pair of shoes that, after a total of 9 months total wear over 3 years, had massive material failure which rendered the shoe unwearable. Birkenstock apparently have a policy of denial and have this far have not offered a replacement nor refund. Never trust their reputation - their shoes are not what they once were.

I ordered a pair of Boston soft bed shoes through Softmoc. The quality of the shoes are awful. What changed? The leather is flimsy and the shoes stretched. What happened to the quality of your product? I will never purchase from Birkenstock again. I expected better quality for the process I paid.

Company is straight up bs I had waited for these shoes to come in so I signed up for the notification for when they come back in stock got a notification they where in stock ordered they got my order then it’s been 2 weeks again waiting and I get a notification that my Birkenstock order has been cancelled after two weeks of placing thinking this was the week they’d be here but no wasn’t the case got cancelled and I was just so curious of why they cancelled my order after 2 weeks of placing I will no longer purchase from sight…

They do not respond to emails. They also do not take 1-2 days to ship products (more like 10-14 days). And if any issues occur with your order, customer service will not help you.

I have been waiting on these shoes for over 2 weeks. With no update on the status of my delivery. I paid $200 plus for some shoes for my Wife for Christmas. I have called customer service and they gave me nothing. This company is trash. I would rather order from Tik Tok, or Temu which is also bad over this company.

I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter from their webpage on December 7th which I figured was plenty of time to arrive before the 25th and their website even days any orders received before Dec 15th should arrive by Christmas. On Dec 18th, their website says it is "sent" but when I check the courier tracking their site says they have not received the shipment. I emailed customer service and was told it would ship within a couple of days which never happens. 5 days later the status is the same so I contact them again to cancel the order and they offer no explanation or any attempt to retain my business. Poor performance for a so called "luxury" brand that won't have any future business from me.
