They sent me defective shoes!! The shoes were not returnable and I get the policy but you can’t send out defective shoe one shoe bigger than other as if someone wore it it much wider than other like one artist and one wide

Did not receive the shoes I paid for. Was promised a full refund but then was told I had to figure it out by myself because they aren't responsible for making sure my shoes got to me. Blurry photo attached is what they claim as proof of delivery. The worst experience I've ever had with a company.

Worst customer service ever. My Birkenstocks wore out after 3-4 years, so I tried to order the same model and color. I received the wrong color (lighter brown) twice. I returned the first pair and complained, but when I ordered again, they sent me the wrong color once more. I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful. They kept responding with the wrong colors, and when I sent them the links to the correct and incorrect items, they just replied, "Here is the link, and for technical reasons, we can’t take orders by phone or mail." Despite using the correct link, I received the wrong color both times. Do not rely on Birkenstock customer service—they can't differentiate the colors of their products and won't help resolve issues.

I have had several pairs of Birkenstocks and have always had great success with them, usually lasting for 3+ years. This pair that I purchased a year ago is already broken and needs to be thrown out. When I brought this to their attention they offered me $10 off on a new pair. This is ridiculous I spend 100 dollars on a pair of the shoes and they will pay for my shipping as a fix? These used to be one of my favorite brands but now I don’t see it being worth the money. It’s a shame how their lack of quality materials has cost me $100 and them a loyal customer.

4 pairs in 2 year and company is telling me I'm wearing them wrong. Very frustrating. No reason a shoe should last less then 6 months. About to give up on them and find another company.

These sandals are poorly constructed. In less than 60 days of wear, the soles are just falling off. You would be better just purchasing a different less expensive brand and purchasing the other brand every few years. Overpriced for the quality of the product. The company doesn't stand behind it's product.

Ordered 3 pairs of sandals, returned 2 pairs as per policy and with birkenstock q r code. Birkenstock denied they received them and after submitting proof of posting would not refund. Therefore had to open a case with PayPal, would never order online with them again .

My daughter bought me Arizona sandals for Mothers Day. I could only exchange for same style. They refused to give me a credit so I could buy another style. Ridiculous. Poor customer service. I returned them and they credited the original payment method. No Mothers Day gift for me.

It's about their website. They give out 15% code for first order upon account registration. But you have to wait 24-48 hrs for the simple coupon code to generate and being sent to your inbox. It's either too clever, or they are just too busy to fix this. Why would anyone wait to make their first order for 24-48 hours? How effective will be the conversion rate with this wait time? Are there even ecommerce product owners there to understand this is bad for the website sales?

The item I ordered (sandals) was faulty (poorly glued together). I requested a discount/partial refund and was not given one. They offered me only to return the item and get a full refund. Customer service was rude.

Their website is absolutely garbage. I placed an order with the correct details 6 times and it continued to reject my payment method. Horrible customer support.

The Birkenstock brand is gone! Poor quality, horrific customer service. I talked to a representative named Sabrina. She was awful. I would recommend avoiding this company. My suggestion, Mephisto shoes.

I want to complain about the quality of Birkenstock shoes. On August 15, 2022 I purchased Andermatt Shearling boots. They lay in my closet for a long time, about six months ago I started wearing them. I was just walking along the city asphalt. Recently I got caught in the rain and got my feet very wet. When I looked at the sole, it was full of holes! My first boots of the same model wore out quickly in the same way. I replaced the soles, but they were too heavy for them, the shoes were no longer comfortable to wear, and I had to throw them away. These shoes so short-lived even though I paid 125 euros for them! I will not buy anything from Birkenstock again. When I bought them, I hoped to wear it for several years, but Birkenstock is simply mocking me by selling substandard goods.

Trying to get my sandals recorked. Sent 30+ pictures as per customer service every time I got a reply and they still couldn't give me a straight answer to wether they can be repaired or not.. and they're still asking me for more pictures. God awful online support, starting to wonder if they can even do what they say they can..

Man. I’ve always heard Birks feel great and last forever. I’ll never know if they last forever because they f’in hurt my feet and I do t know if they’ll ever feel better. I know they take wearing in so I’m still giving them time but it’s been two months. Arizona buckle. So then I ordered a sandal and after one day I have blood blisters on my big toe. Wtf. I’m really sad about this. They ain’t cheap either.

I purchased the Arizona and Barbados Eva. The Barbados arrived in a box with no wrapping and were dirty, they appeared used. Hair all over them!!!!They also looked off white, not the white I anticipated. Perhaps due to use. Aquarius from customer service was an angel, as I was so upset practically in tears and yelling and she was very sympathetic ( I apologized not her fault). Don’t think I will order from the site again. Waiting for replacement, will keep you updated. Had to go to UPS to return the dirty pair. 68 years old and tired, with aching feet, not a good look.

Mot so much the website, but disappointed in the product these days. I’ve had 4-5 pairs (mostly bostons) over the past 10-12 years. They used to last for years….now the soles start to wear noticeably within a few months and the cork cracks earlier- they’re done in < 1 year. For the price you’d just as well get a cheaper knock-off and birkenstocks just aren’t a quality product anymore.

Defective sandals won't be replaced. They said it is normal wear and tear. They have been worn a minimal amount of times. The so called leather is cracking. The customer service agent acts like the replacement would come out of her check. $100 sandals probably cost 10.00. I have numerous pairs of Birkenstocks, but I won't have anymore.

Really had bad experience with Birkenstock.com. Placed order 3 times and they all got cancelled. When called the customer service they even couldn't give you the straight answer.
