“Company is straight up bs I had waited for these shoes to come in so I signed up for the notification for when they come back in stock got a notification they where in stock ordered they got my order then it’s been 2 weeks again waiting and I get a notification that my Birkenstock order has been cancelled after two weeks of placing thinking this was the week they’d be here but no wasn’t the case got cancelled and I was just so curious of why they cancelled my order after 2 weeks of placing I will no longer purchase from sight…”
“They do not respond to emails. They also do not take 1-2 days to ship products (more like 10-14 days). And if any issues occur with your order, customer service will not help you.”

“I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter from their webpage on December 7th which I figured was plenty of time to arrive before the 25th and their website even days any orders received before Dec 15th should arrive by Christmas. On Dec 18th, their website says it is "sent" but when I check the courier tracking their site says they have not received the shipment. I emailed customer service and was told it would ship within a couple of days which never happens. 5 days later the status is the same so I contact them again to cancel the order and they offer no explanation or any attempt to retain my business. Poor performance for a so called "luxury" brand that won't have any future business from me.”

“Purchased shoe in April 2024 and had them shipped home. Wore for the 1st time in Nov and the rivet failed on the shoe before I made it back to my hotel room. After much back and forth with customer service, I was asked for photos and proof of purchase. Once I proved they were still brand new and that, I, in fact, DID purchase them, I was told to bring them to a shoe shop. You can purchase knock offs for a fraction of the cost, and get better results. Leave them in the store/do NOT order anything from them. It’s a waste of money. You are better off with a Walmart brand.”

“They have the worst customer service ever. I purchased clogs 2 years ago, and they are gently used. The are now falling apart. The shearling is so worn down, it might as well be non existent. The soles are wearing down, and the stitching in one shoe is coming undone. The person I spoke with was rude and condescending and hung up on me. This is not the way to run a business. Very disappointed.”
“So disappointed. I have been a big fan of the brand but I followed their cleaning instructions which damaged my shoes. I even queried their instructions before cleaning as the sole of this shoe is different to regular Birkenstocks but they said it was fine. I contacted them in July for support and after chasing several times, in November, they claimed the shoes look fine (despite being a completely different colour and full of watermark) so cannot raise a complaint. When I said I will sadly have to resort to legal action as they are not taking me seriously, their agent Nicoleta simply said “please do”. So disappointed.”

“The Buckley shoe does not even have the original footbed. They advertise that it does but it's so low my angles turn in visibility as soon as putting them on. Terrable for foot and leg alignment. The big thing they said their shoes do is align your bones properly and relieve pain. These will cause you damage to your legs and ankles. Don't buy if you need support .. cheaply made. Not their old quality. So sad. I have about 12 to 15 pairs I love but not these.”

I have worn biekis for years. I am a standard 7 in all shoes. Ordered a 7 and it is bulky and fits like an 8. Upon opening the box I noticed a lot of scratches. Contacted customer service twice and they totally dismissed, treated everything I said as it was a lie and almost put me through a lie detector test.”

They have said that a refund was sent to me on a date before I even sent them back
I have proof of the money taken out on my credit card but also proof that I have NOT received my refund
My bank can PROVE this
Customer service is hideous and I now have to contact the financial ombudsman to get my money back
Even the leaving review gives no option to even say that I HAVE NOT received my refund

“Bend Low Sneakers Defective:
I have had 2 pairs of bend low sneakers - both failed the exact same way - the cork degrades and crumbles - the first time took 10/11 months and the second pair did not even last 2 months / 3 wears. Shoes become unusable.
To make it worse - the customer service gaslights you and says that its wear and tear and they dont have any warranty. It's basically a brand new shoe, with no wear to sole, uppers or laces and they have failed. If you push back, you get a copy and paste response.”
