I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter from their webpage on December 7th which I figured was plenty of time to arrive before the 25th and their website even days any orders received before Dec 15th should arrive by Christmas. On Dec 18th, their website says it is "sent" but when I check the courier tracking their site says they have not received the shipment. I emailed customer service and was told it would ship within a couple of days which never happens. 5 days later the status is the same so I contact them again to cancel the order and they offer no explanation or any attempt to retain my business. Poor performance for a so called "luxury" brand that won't have any future business from me.
