They have the worst customer service ever. I purchased clogs 2 years ago, and they are gently used. The are now falling apart. The shearling is so worn down, it might as well be non existent. The soles are wearing down, and the stitching in one shoe is coming undone. The person I spoke with was rude and condescending and hung up on me. This is not the way to run a business. Very disappointed.
