I ordered for my son from their webpage. 2 weeks later, thier webpage is saying processing. Email thier customer service nothing. Called them, on call for hours. It is not even saying how long I should wait. What kind of company is this? This is terrible. Is this supposed to be luxury brand? Seriously?
