Purchased shoe in April 2024 and had them shipped home. Wore for the 1st time in Nov and the rivet failed on the shoe before I made it back to my hotel room. After much back and forth with customer service, I was asked for photos and proof of purchase. Once I proved they were still brand new and that, I, in fact, DID purchase them, I was told to bring them to a shoe shop. You can purchase knock offs for a fraction of the cost, and get better results. Leave them in the store/do NOT order anything from them. It’s a waste of money. You are better off with a Walmart brand.
