Wish there was zero stars….One is one too many for the online service.
After 8 weeks the order is still missing. Complaints is not taken seriously, no shoes, no refund, only a lot of BS explanations. And there are many. If you don’t know what to do on your spare time, order here and you’ll have a full time job trying get your order or a refund.
Worst customer service EVER!
Extremely bad for a multinational company as Birkenstock. Stay as far away as you possible can.
