Been a Birkenstock customer elsewhere for three decades.
Advice: Buy from other stockists
My return was just sat in the UK depot for over two weeks. It was stressful to get a refund. I had to print out a form they sent me and return it as a PDF. If I had no printer or zero computer literacy I would have been stumped.
Please buy from other outlets if you want to ge treated fairly.
