Appalling customer service. After dozens of emails and calls to customer services I'm still no nearer getting a refund. I've been owed £260 for 2 months son i 'm now going to try and claim via PayPal.
Birkenstock....if ANYONE is checking these reviews you better wake up and take action before your business goes under. No one has a good word to day about your company. I will NEVER buy direct from you again.
