Bought shoes on final clearance (no refunds, exchanges) but when I received them they are completely defective and unwearable. The inseam of both shoes is not even attached to the base of the shoe and is left with a scratchy gluey surface that sits right on the arch of my feet. Apparently since I bought on clearance they won't do anything about this at all; they recommend I go to a cobbler. Out $100. Absolutely worst customer service. Loyal customer lost.
