Delivery only a day late, considering they came from Germany I think that is more than acceptable. Communication from Birkenstock and courier Evri was good.
Slippers are great, just as ordered, no defects apparent, look a quality made product. Even came with a measuring template for next time. Will buy online again, no hesitation recommending.
