I love Birkenstocks but the customer service is so so bad. They gave me an incorrect Evri tracking number for a return and although they've admitted that, they won't take more responsibility. The shoes are lost and I can't even get through to Evri with an incorrect tracking number so I've lost £175 and a lot of time on the phone to militants at Birkenstock. So upset.
