would like to get assistance about my refund. But customer care was not very helpful and am very disappointed because it's a international brand. So I bought a Boston Taupe in Santon Johannesburg on the 3rd of August for my son how ever when I got back home in Durban his father had already got him same shoe as I can't exchange and get a different style because he has most of the birkenstock sandles I tried calling the store in Ballito and gateway still didn't get assistance and I do not want a gift card I just need my refund because I can't keep same shoes
