The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Very dismissive, rude and they do not listen to the concern.
I have worn biekis for years. I am a standard 7 in all shoes. Ordered a 7 and it is bulky and fits like an 8. Upon opening the box I noticed a lot of scratches. Contacted customer service twice and they totally dismissed, treated everything I said as it was a lie and almost put me through a lie detector test.
