Placed order (for Christmas gift) on 11/28/22 and still hasn't shipped on 12/7/22. Online status shows it won't ship until 12/24-12/29! Really?! Called and their customer service sucks. All they would say is that "it will arrive by Christmas". Couldn't provide a ship date. Totally useless.
