After finishing with all the pieces in the box, the puzzle had double pieces and missing pieces. The company did not honor the issue since they insisted they needed personal customer information first. A few photos were sent and and I was left with a useless puzzle. ..for breaking the rule of "satisfy the customer" I will never purchase or recommend Bits & Pieces. Horrible experience - disappointed puzzle maker
