A WORD OF WARNING! Watch out for this companies promises! I bought 4 blend jets for Christmas presents 2 years ago. Then their recall happened! They were to replace one part because it could bust into flames. I had to cut the rubber rings & send pics of each that it was done to prove my purchase & adhearance to their terms. I did all that. They have delayed my new parts for almost a year. Finally they said in March they be here in June. Well it’s June 30th & not a word from anyone at Blend jet. These people are not trustworthy & don’t waste your money here. They do not stand behind their product or company ethics. Also I tried to include photos - funny thing they say you can but a message came “we can’t upload your file. Try again later or contact support”! Like they’d answer or solve the issue.
