I purchased a blendjet for my son. There was a recall. I returned the belndjet per their instructions and received confirmation the was this past February. I can not get an update on my order. It is almost a year now. I do not recommend purchasing. Poorly made product and very poor customer service. They have been blowing up my email with ads to purchase more products. I would like my original purchase or they need to refund my money. Checkout nutribullet instead. I am going to give it a try. Blendjet is awful.
