“SCAM COMPANY. I bought a blender and accessories from Blendjet, then in Feb 2024 was notified that the blender I owned was on the recall list for the model bursting into flames. Blendjet have taken my money, instructed me to destroy the dangerous product they sold me, have not provided me with the promised replacement, and have refused to issue me with a refund.
This has now been over a YEAR and they are continuing to sell the blender on their website, so they are absolutely capable of sending me a replacement. They are a scam company and I am disgusted by their complete lack of morals and customer care.”

“If you actually plan on blending anything don’t get this, doesn’t even blend powder without getting stuck, it will keep getting “stuck” and stopping giving an error light if you try to blend anything other than water even too thick of a liquid will cause it to stop”
“On only the third use of blender, the magnet on jar became dislodged and fell into food becoming a potential choke hazard. Without magnet, blender will not operate. I contacted the manufacturer and asked if they will simply replace just the jar, but they refused and told me I had to purchase a replacement jar. Poor customer service”

“I would give them zero stars if I could. I have been waiting over a year for a replacement product due to their recall in 2023. They made us render the old blender ineffective before they would accept our request for a replacement. To date, they have not addressed my concern nor have they provided a replacement. They continue to send out new blenders to new customers, but are not replacing the defective ones.”
