“Blendjet company is a cheater and scammer. They recalled the older version of Blendjet 2 last Jan 2024 for manufacturing defect. They contacted the customers via email and requested to fill a form with Blendjet serial no., purchase date, delivery address and to cut the gasket and send them a photo of the cut gasket along with form. Upon receiving this form they would arrange a replacement the gasket with new motor without extra cost. Now it is almost 12 months I am still waiting for the replacement. Their customer service is well trained to give reasons for delay but they will never provide a scheduled date when you can receive the replacement. By destroying the gasket I have lost my Blendjet which was working perfectly well. Now Blendjet expects me to purchase a new one by sending emails every week. Cannot trust this company, this company should be taken to court.”
“I purchased a BlendJet over a year ago and was informed by the company that they had a recall in place for safety reasons and required me to destroy my item and follow their instructions for a replacement within 6 weeks. It has now been ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR, and no replacement has been sent. Every email I have sent, the representative told me they had no updates to provide. That is absolutely unacceptable and they refuse to provide any resolution, refund, or compensation for this. They are scamming their customers and have not provided any resolution to an issue THEY promised to fulfill and failed to do. I cannot and will not recommend their company to anyone. They are an absolute SCAM.”
“We ordered 3 blend jets back Nov 2020 for the 3 of us. Then mine stopped working & my daughter stopped working & threw hers away last was still working. Because I couldn't use mine. I bought another blendjet from Costco. A few months later I got a letter from Costco about a recall. Since I have the broken one it was on the recall list & the one that was working was on the recall list. For sure my daughter threw her away it is probably on recall too. Anyway, the one from Costco was good & the other was on recall. I got a replacement on one recall but missing the other 2 recalls. I have emailed Blendjet a few times but it shouldn't take more than 8 months plus still waiting for the 2 replacements. I am not getting any information when I get the replacement. Make me wonder if Blendjet ever follows through on replacement for the recall. Plus it shouldn't take more than 6 months!!!! I couldn't get through to talk to anyone. Disappointed.”
“Blendjet is total garbage. Bought one for my wife last Christmas and there was a recall on it so she couldn't even use it she just had to send it back and all they did was give her the runaround. It wasn't until she complained to the Better Business Bureau that they actually sent her a new one. The new one is garbage too. She tried to use it yesterday for the first time and it would blend for like 3 seconds and turn red and stop and there wasn't anything thick in it or anything that should have been hard to blend. How they were able to make a Blendjet 2 is beyond me. I assume they saved a lot of money by ripping everybody off on the blendjet 1 and not sending them new ones assuming most people would do nothing about it. If you buy this garbage ass product then I am sorry for your luck”
“I never received my blendjet a year later. I wrote numerous emails and all come back to me generated. Can't get in touch with anyone. It didn't work to begin with and they made me cut it up and senf pictured meanwhile I could of brought back to the store. NEVER AGAIN”

“We received two blendjets for Christmas last year. We use them once a day in the morning for a breakfast smoothie. Within one month we started having problems with both the blenders. The motors got weak, And they refused to take a battery charge, after several attempts we toss them. We were dumb enough to buy two new ones. Big mistake, same issues with those and they also leaked. I give these products of one star only because zero stars is not an option.”
“Quite possibly the WORST blender I've ever used. After only about a year of once or twice a day use, the motor was not lasting. The manufacturer states you get 15+ uses out of it per charge. I NEVER got that many. Not only that, but it can only handle small quantities. If you put too much frozen fruit, it gets stuck, and you have to waste your time trying to get it out of the blade. It's certainly not worth $50.00, and it's a LOUSY product. A total waste of money!”
“Absolutely terrible service. I have been waiting a year for my replacement unit and every time I follow-up I get the same scripted message. Surely there is some legal requirement they must fulfill if they have forced us all to ruin our units with the guarantee it will be replaced.

“If I could rate you as a zero, I would. Your company has the worst customer service. On April 22nd, 2024 I sent pictures to your company of my cut up part of the recalled Blendjets. I was told this summer I would be getting my replacement soon. I again sent pictures in July. Now, when I call either phone number listed...they're out of service. I would like a replacement or I want to be refunded back my money.”
“Like many other customers who purchased a Blendjet, I too
have been waiting in excess of one year, with many promises made the replacement part would be sent to me. Of course, those dates came and went. These units were expensive. When the company sent out the recall notices they had us cut up and destroy our working units, take a picture of our destroyed units prior to allowing us to get on the list for the replacement part. Now, we have nothing for our $50.00. Maybe my Blendjet was fine. Now, I have no replacement part and no Blendjet machine of any kind. Blendjet, after numerous promises broken has now seen fit to shut down their phone lines. Being a retired legal professional, I sent them a 10 day demand letter. Of course, no response. Would you want to spend in excess of $50.00 for a product where there is absolutely no recourse should an issue arise with? Don't do it. For all of us still waiting close to 2 years for the replacement part, contact the Better Business Bureau in your area to file a complaint against the company. You may also file a small claims suit as well. I am. Unfortunately, you may only prevail at obtaining a judgment, but that Judgment is good, in some states, for 10 years and can be renewed. Such Judgments will show up on the credit ratings of the company which hopefully cause them the same headaches they have caused all of us. Also, use social media to get the word out Blendjet does not respond to their customers (even discontinues their previous phone numbers) seeking customer service. There are other bureau who protect consumers' rights. Run a search. Good luck to you all.”
“It has been almost a year since the recall. I did exactly what the company asked, cut up the rubbers, sent pictures. I have sent messages about replacements and still have not recieved anything. I spent a lot of money on these and had to pay for shipping and other fees to Canada. I am not impressed at all. Give us the bases you promised, or refund us.”
“Would give a 0 if that was option. I submitted the required info on their Blendjet months ago and still haven't rec'd my replacement ring. When I've emailed the company I've gotten typical PR excuses but no timeline as to when I'll receive the replacement ring. So $ wasted as my Blendjet is unusable until I get the replacement ring”
“There was a recall on the blender. I was instructed to cut up the rubber part, send a picture and the company would send replacement blades. It's been over 6 months and every time I email them they just send a generic response saying some nonsense. This is disgraceful. I see so many people with the same complaont and yet the company continues to advertise this product. I would trust this company or purchase any blendjet project going forward.”
“They told me to destroy parts of my blender (because it was dangerous), send photo and they told me they will send me new parts withing 4 weeks. It passed 7 months and they still postponing this. Now started to ignore me. Not serious compary. Not worth to have anything in common with this.”

It's been almost a year, and Blendjet still didn't sent me a replacement. They are just sending everyone the same template apology.
It's obviously just another company that cares just about their profits, but zero care about their customers.
They made us destroy their product that we paid for, so they couldn't get sued if some of them blow up, and someone gets hurt. They should have either give us money back, or honestly tell us that me might die before we get the replacement!”
“Mine quit working and charging…called the number…disconnected…called the other number, rings and hangs up. Emailed…zero response. Send FB message…zero response. Sent message on website…zero response. We like them, but customer service is awful. Will NEVER buy again.”
