The BlendJet is one of the most frustrating, overhyped, underperforming products I’ve ever wasted money on. It’s marketed as this portable, powerful, on-the-go blender—but in reality, it’s an overpriced toy that barely blends anything thicker than water.
First, the motor is incredibly weak. The blades get stuck constantly, even with soft fruits or ice that they claim it can handle. I spend more time shaking, flipping, and praying than actually blending. Half the time it just whirs uselessly while the ingredients sit there untouched.
Second, the battery life is pathetic. I have to recharge it almost every single day, and sometimes it mysteriously dies after just one short blend cycle. For something designed for portability, it’s practically glued to a charging cable.
Third, cleaning it is a hassle. Sure, you can fill it with soap and water and “blend to clean,” but that doesn’t work when your smoothie is still stuck in chunky layers around the sides and under the blades.
In short: Save your money. Save your sanity. This thing belongs in the junk drawer—or better yet, the trash.
