Waiting for replacement parts due to recall-6/7 months later-no replacement parts, no timeline of shipping, same vague answer each time I reach out to follow up, and won’t refund my money or just send a new machine. Horrible customer service, wasted purchase, and feels scammy-almost like they want me to give up and purchase another machine.
